Kate & Magid. Kangaroo Point Engagement Session.

kangaroo-point-engagement-session-01

Kate and Magid are such a gorgeous couple and spending a couple of hours with them on Sunday afternoon was a lovely way to round out my weekend in Brisbane. Their September wedding is fast approaching and the city background of their engagement session will be a nice contrast to the rolling hills and gorgeous beaches of their Byron Bay wedding. (Not that Kangaroo Point is exactly void of beautiful, natural locations)

Fig Tree Restaurant & Rooms will play host to their wedding and as far as Byron Bay venues go, it’s definitely right up with the best of them! I hope you love your images guys… now to start designing your Guest Book!

Diane & Josh. Mt Coot-tha Engagement Session

brisbane wedding photographer

City Gardens can be such magical places. Hidden oases within the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced city. The Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mount Coot-tha are certainly no exception. I hadn’t been to the gardens since we moved out of Brisbane, so it was nice to revisit them and although the carpark was full and there must have been hundreds of people within the gardens, it was easy to think we had the place all to ourselves.

Diane & Josh are getting married in Indooroopilly next April. The Mt Cooth-tha Gardens were one of the other venues they were considering for their wedding, so it was nice to be able to use this as the backdrop for their engagement session. This was such a relaxed and casual shoot, I can’t wait until the wedding in April.
